The project involves the construction within the boundaries of 2nd Lugovaya, Beregovaya, and Uraiskaya streets, with building heights decreasing as they approach the river. The territory will be marked by three accent towers in the northern, central, and southern parts of the area.
The planning structure of "Zareki" was influenced by the proximity to the Chelyuskintsev automobile bridge. We positioned the residential buildings in such a way that they gradually move away from the roadway. Visually, the approach resembles a staircase: the higher the bridge rises above the construction site, the further the houses are positioned in relation to it, and vice versa. This stepped shift allowed us to create a buffer between the quarters and the busy highway. We intend to plant tall trees here, thus creating additional protection from road noise and dust.
The key task of the project is to transform the site into a self-sufficient local urban center; to form a modern infrastructure that combines residential, commercial, recreational, and educational functions.
