«District Quarters» is a complex of multi-storey buildings united in three large quarters. It is located in the new microdistrict Tyumenskaya Sloboda. A comfortable infrastructure for family life has been formed around the residential complex: within walking distance are a kindergarten and a school, shops, parks, and walking alleys.
The developer offers more than 100 layout solutions for 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments. The internal layout is designed with rational use of space for specific scenarios in mind.
