“Rumyansky” is a family quarter in a developed location. Just five minutes from the center of Tyumen, surrounded by an already established social infrastructure: nearby kindergartens, schools, shops, and services for daily tasks. “Rumyansky” consists of four buildings of varying heights, from 9 to 25 floors, with panoramic loggias and view apartments, where architecture and layouts contribute to a sense of inner balance. The first building is already completed. Inside, there is a closed courtyard without cars, underground parking, storage rooms, an open-air cinema, a private gym, and functional entrances. The project includes compact, ergonomic, and spacious apartments ranging from studios to three-room units with a kitchen-living room, master bedroom, additional bathroom, laundry room, and wardrobe. Finishing from the developer is available.

Comfort and Safety

Access is restricted to residents only, with private courtyards featuring play areas and relaxation spots near each building, and a common green area creating an environment for leisurely relaxation in the quarter. The entrances are equipped with stroller storage and pet washing stations for added convenience. The entire perimeter of the territory is under video surveillance.

Architecture

The “Rumyansky” quarter consists of several buildings with different architectural roles. The single-section building sets an expressive silhouette for the project. The two-section building is oriented towards the green street and the overall landscaped space; here, the sections are divided into solo and family formats depending on the number of rooms. Inside the quarter, this maintains a balance between privacy, views of greenery, and a variety of layout solutions.

Landscaping

The territory of the quarter includes conceptual landscaping and the division of space for different activities: a year-round sports court, a dog walking area, sun loungers, and canopies for relaxation in the shade of trees. A large fir tree will be planted in the center of the quarter to decorate it for the New Year celebrations.



Surroundings and Leisure

The quarter is located in the heart of urban life. Just a few minutes to university buildings, within walking distance to kindergartens, schools, and clinics. Nearby are several parks accessible by foot and by car.
