“European Quarter” is a continuation of the namesake microdistrict. It consists of semi-enclosed blocks around the perimeter, low-rise buildings in the center, and high-rise accents at the corners. Along the pedestrian promenade, there are single-entrance urban villas surrounded by a park. The external development of the “European Quarter” creates a protected space for internal courtyards.
The quarter is located in the Zarechnaya part of the city. The area is characterized by good ecology and is connected to the city by two bridges. There are no noisy transport highways here. Nearby is a small body of water, plenty of greenery, and low-density development. The necessary infrastructure has been established in the area—schools, kindergartens, clinics, and a water park. Nearby is the “European” microdistrict, which has a large square with a fountain. A new kindergarten and school have already been built.
