“House on Yamskaya” is a club project of enhanced comfort in the historic center of Tyumen, next to the Holy Trinity Monastery and the Construction Institute of TIU. Two buildings — 5 and 9 stories high — create a private territory with a courtyard, where spaces for sports, relaxation, and children's games are designed in harmony and do not interfere with each other.
Comfort and Safety
Panoramic entrance groups, soft lobbies with designer furniture and reading corners, stroller storage, bike parking, guest restrooms, and showers for pets — everything is provided to free your time and space from the unnecessary. An underground parking garage with elevator access from any floor is available for car storage.
Architecture
The architectural concept of “House on Yamskaya” is carefully integrated into the historical environment of the street. Moderate height, durable high-quality facade materials, and commercial spaces on the ground floors make the project a new focal point for the area while preserving its established appearance.
Landscaping
In the courtyard — hammocks and sun loungers, workout and streetball areas, a children's playground, and a pergola for outdoor relaxation. The territory is free from cars.
The atmosphere is complemented by conceptual landscaping and multi-level lighting, creating a sense of an intimate urban club.
Surroundings and Leisure
“House on Yamskaya” is located in a landmark location: no bridges or traffic jams to the business center. In addition to basic infrastructure within walking distance — museums and sports facilities, university buildings, and architectural monuments. Here, it is easy to combine the dynamics of work, a rich leisure experience, and a sense of inner balance.
