“Andersen Park” is a new lounge quarter in the Tyumenskaya Sloboda area. All the buildings in the complex differ in colors, facade solutions, and number of floors. The variety of heights and architectural diversity create interesting views not only from the street but also from the windows of the residents, as well as providing protection from the wind and proper sunlight exposure for the courtyards. The style is inspired by Danish and Dutch architecture. Each house is unique in color, facade solutions, and number of floors: from 5 to 17 floors.
The final phase of the quarter consists of three buildings designed with different architectural and color solutions. A total of 447 apartments will be designed within them.
In “Andersen Park,” there are more than 230 layout options: with lounge balconies, kitchen-living rooms, ceilings up to 3.5 meters, floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets, separate entrances, two levels, rooftop or courtyard terraces. One-bedroom apartments will range from 32.1 sq. m, two-bedroom apartments from 53.5 sq. m, and three-bedroom apartments from 76.5 sq. m.
The structure of the quarter includes more than 15 formats of recreational activities for children and adults. Video surveillance, soft surface playgrounds, car-free courtyards, and barrier-free environments will ensure comfort and safety for both children and adults.
Inside the courtyard, there are three private courtyard areas. They feature playgrounds for children, adult areas with shade canopies, sports and game areas, movie and lecture viewing spots, table tennis, workout areas, and benches with pergolas, as well as a cozy coworking space with a printer, Wi-Fi, and coffee. In the central part of the quarter, there will be a paved square with trees and street cafes.
In the central part of the quarter, there is the Square of the Danish King with trees and street cafes. Here, you will find a climbing wall, relaxation zones, a skate bowl, and much more. Additionally, two sculptures by the famous Moscow artist Olga Muravina are installed in the square.
Parking spaces are located on the outer side of the complex, and the residential complex itself is separated from the roads by a green zone.
