"Aquatoria" is a new residential complex in the eastern part of Tyumen, located on the banks of the Tura River. This part of the city is considered quiet and environmentally friendly.
The landscaping within the courtyards is functional and creative. There is a green area with its own swing park, an amphitheater, bike paths, and playgrounds and sports grounds with the necessary equipment. A separate area for yoga and a running track is also provided.
The residential complex is designed in a cascading development format. The developer offers more than 60 layout options for apartments, 30 of which have common or individual terraces (for residents of the first and last floors). Among the variety of layouts, everyone will find an option for themselves: in "Aquatoria," there are any sizes — from small studios of 25.5 m² to spacious 4-room apartments. You can buy an apartment with finishing from the developer, including the cost of repairs in the mortgage.
Parking will not be a problem, as each apartment is planned to have its own parking space. In the third phase of Aquatoria, an underground parking lot has been created, which can be accessed by elevator. You won’t need to leave home early to warm up the engine and clean the car. Storage in the parking lot is much more convenient and safer. Also, the parking lot is not just an underground space; it is an art space, with walls that will be painted by Tyumen artists.
Entrances at ground level: residents will be able to move easily with strollers without climbing stairs or ramps. Life with a pet will be even more comfortable — on the first floors, there are restrooms with paw washing stations, the lobby has dirt-resistant flooring, and there is a designated area for walking pets in the courtyard.
The developed infrastructure will appeal to those who do not like to travel to the city unnecessarily: nearby there are kindergartens and a school, shops, and large shopping centers. For traveling into the city, public transport can be used — stops are just a 2-minute walk away.
