The residential complex "Republic 205" is located on the site of a former medical equipment factory in an area bounded by Permyakova, Energetikov, Vorovskogo, and Respubliki streets. 

By rethinking the former industrial territory, we aim to create a new place of power—a microdistrict filled with business, entertainment, recreational, gaming, educational, and medical infrastructure. Every useful service can be reached on foot within 15 minutes. The local centers of "Republic 205" will be public spaces—squares, parks, boulevards, and plazas.

We want to create a permeable, open, understandable, and modern environment on the site of the outdated industrial development.

The buildings form a closed block with variable heights. The architectural design of the buildings is characterized by restrained tones with bright accents on the first and last floors, creating an elegant facade. 

The inner courtyard offers various opportunities for relaxation and active leisure. There will be sports grounds, sandboxes with play equipment for children of different ages, and pergolas with comfortable furniture for parents. The yard space is safe and fenced off from cars, allowing children to play freely while parents can watch them calmly.

Ground floor apartments are equipped with terraces surrounded by living hedges, creating a connection with the surrounding landscape. Here, you can set up a dining area and enjoy the view of the city, as well as spend time with a child playing in the yard. 

On the upper floors of the building, there are deep corner terraces protected from precipitation. They offer the perfect place for breakfast outdoors or reading books in a hammock.
